Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Moku account and data.

From the app

1. Open Moku
2. Tap the profile icon (top right)
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Tap "Delete account"
5. Confirm when prompted

What gets deleted

• Your profile (health goal, dietary restrictions, pregnancy details)
• Your entire scan history
• Your subscription records on our servers

This action cannot be undone.

What doesn't get deleted

• Your Apple subscription: Deleting your Moku account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel separately: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Moku → Cancel.
• Anonymous analytics: Previously collected anonymous usage data (not linked to your identity) is retained per our analytics provider's policy.

Can't access the app?

Email support@trymoku.ai from the email associated with your Apple ID and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
